Account Manager

What’s the role?

Creative Converters is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, proactive and creative Talent Coordinator to join our quickly evolving team. The role will help manage our talent pool and work with them throughout the creative process. Working on a number of key accounts, this role will be exposed to a broad range of integrated solutions for some of the world’s biggest e-commerce brands, through to some smaller local clients. We work with a range of clients in the beauty, lifestyle, fashion and wellness space, so it's likely you’ll work across a broad portfolio. This means you will get to worknew projects every week. The ideal person will bring with them an ambitious attitude and a love working with talent and e-Commerce.

 


Key Responsibilities:

·  Onboarding & Managing content creators

·  Coordinating and Directing Talent

·  Working Closely with our Creative Team to create successful outcomes

·  Assisting on creative projects including managing project time lines, forecasting needs and using critical thinking to solve problems

·  Conceptualising ad/content ideas

·  Content reviews including quality control and coordinating revisions

·  Administrative assistance as required

·  Assisting in the development of our intern network

·  Supporting our Copywriters to write Ad Briefs and Scripts

·  Keeping up to date with social media trends across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook advertising

Must Have:

·   Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

·   Enjoys working in a fast-moving work environment and able to work quickly

·   Extremely organised, ambitious and ability to take initiative

·   Experience with social media platforms ie. Instagram, Facebook and Tik ToK

·   Experience in coordinating talent, photoshoots, video production or similar

·   Understand Marketing strategies and messaging

·   Have a love for creating online content
